Devided in:

  1. harvesting > 45/50%
  2. pruning > 20/25%
  3. bending > 20/25%
  4. breaking flowers > 2/5%
  5.  others > 2/5%

Ad B. Main Agronomist:
Responsible for:

  1. crop culture
  2. planning and control
  3. communication with director > min. 1x/wk
  4. communication with staff > every day > 15 min. at the end of the day > evaluation, planning new day and inform each other.
  5. setting targets
  6. climate control
  7. control on registration forms
  8. mixing A/B containers
  9. delegate and transfer of knowledge and skills

Required competences:

  1. be able to work in a team
  2. be able to work independently
  3. be able to transfer information
  4. be able to delegate without loosing control

Ad C. First responsible persons:
Starting point is that the middle management works 80%
between the people and in the crop and 20% is needed for the
management tasks

A. Service area responsible for:

  1. Quality control on harvested tomato and cucumbers
  2. The grading process
  3. Quality control graded tomato, cucumbers
  4. Packing and putting in buckets
  5. Storage in fridge
  6. Control registration forms
  7. Control grading machine and other equipment
  8. Stimulate and control labours
  9. Meetings

B. Climate control > responsible for:

  1. Climate computer
  2. Registration forms
  3. Crop control
  4. Meetings

C. Tomatoes: Fertilizers, pest and diseases > responsible for:

  1. Level of A and B containers
  2. Storage control on fertilizers
  3. Control on use of fertilizers from the A and B containers
  4. Control amount dripping water, EC and pH
  5. Scouting
  6. Meetings


D. Cucumbers: Fertilizers, pest and diseases > responsible for:

  1. Level of A and B containers
  2. Storage control on fertilizers
  3. Control on use of fertilizers from the A and B containers
  4. Control amount dripping water, EC and pH
  5. Scouting
  6. Meetings


E. Labour Tomatoes> responsible for:

  1. Labour planning
  2. Prognosis
  3. Stimulate workers
  4. Hygiene in the greenhouse
  5. Instruction of workers
  6. Meetings

F. Labour Cucumbers > responsible for:

  1. Labour planning
  2. Prognosis
  3. Stimulate workers
  4. Hygiene in the greenhouse
  5. Instruction of workers
  6. Meetings
